The bed was surprisingly comfortable and the shower had decent water pressure. the hotel was conveniently located near public transportation and local attractions.

The requirement to immediately remove shoes upon entering the room was bothersome, especially while lugging around a heavy backpack. The overwhelming stench of cigarette smoke in the room made it nearly unbearable to stay in.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the location was great and convenient for exploring the city attractions, with easy access to public transport. the room was cozy, comfortable and spotless, with soft bedding and modern amenities, including an ensuite shower and toilet. the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and comfortable. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a wide variety of tasty food options. the hotel also had excellent facilities, including a gym and a relaxing spa.

The hotel could have offered a more clear navigation system , as the lifts were a bit confusing to use.

Spent New Year's at a hotel and had a great experience. the hotel offered a delicious breakfast buffet with a good variety of options. the location was perfect, as it was walking distance from the train station and near some great local restaurants. One of the best aspects was the comfortable and spacious room.

Had to remove shoes upon entering the room which was a bit of a hassle after walking around all day, but understandable for cleanliness. the smell of cigarettes in the room was also quite strong and unpleasant.
